From a Dream

Like so many others, we’re just a simple family that chose to homeschool our kids, wanting to give them a learning experience that felt personal, intentional, and full of imagination. During the quiet days around the kitchen table surrounded by books and the endless curiosity of our daughters, we noticed something missing—the school supplies we were using just didn’t feel like the ones we grew up with.

Where were the reliable creative pencil cases that travelled everywhere, equipped with unique pencils and pens that added color to every idea? Or the notebooks that begged you to doodle in the margins? Everything seemed flimsy, mass-produced, and a little soulless.

That’s when we realized we stumbled into something special.

To Sharing it with All our Friends

What started as a homeschooling necessity turned into a mission: to bring back the nostalgic school supplies we remembered. We hunted down manufacturers who still cared about craftsmanship, tracked down designs that felt timeless, and poured our hearts into creating and designing our own products that could stand the test of time—both in durability and in the memories they’d help create.

Now, every time we see our daughters reach for one of our pencils or flip open a notebook we designed, we feel a little piece of our childhood come alive again. And it’s not just for us—we’re building this for families like ours, for kids who deserve supplies that inspire them, and for anyone who believes the small things can make a big difference. We’re not a big corporation or a fancy brand. We’re just a homeschooling family who saw a need, and decided to bring back a little bit of yesterday for the kids of today.

  • The name is rooted in Japanese. The numbers 392 when said together means “The Kingdom of Heaven!”

  • With out children as our inspiration, we are constantly exploring and creating things we want to see our children use but also looking at other high quality products we wish we had in daily life.

  • Our designs are sourced from Korean and Japanese artists and designers and also from us! Also some of them are produced here in the USA. We grew up in Korea and Japan and miss some of the design language and quality that you can find there. And wanted to bring that over here.
